Always order from here foods usually lovely but got delivered a cheese garlic bread instead of cheese pizza but unfortunately didn’t realise until everyone has picked up a slice and took a bite so couldn’t call to exchange, was quite greasy which is unusual for here so ended up binning some of the food

Ordered a London pizza and asked for the Donner to be on the side as the person who ate the pizza didn’t eat meat but there were other people who were eating did eat meat would eat it. When it arrived the meat and chips were separate and in the same box so the vegetarian couldn’t eat the chips because of cross contamination and had a basic cheese pizza. They didn’t have one of our items and said that they tried to call and the driver repeatedly told the friend collecting it that I hadn’t answered my phone so they couldn’t tell me, I never got a call so it wasn’t I didn’t answer. However they did give the financial difference which was very well received. The food over all way really nice. I usually order on third party apps but decided to use the direct website as there were a few of us eating and never had an issue before when ordered, this was a one off but when this restaurant has been consistently really good and I have made this request for the Donner taken off or separate before and there’s been no issues it was a surprise.

So I have orders here plenty of times the pizzas are 10/10 the kebab meat 10/10 but tonight was the first time ordering a parmo and I’m sorry but I won’t be getting a parmo again the chicken was thin as anything to be honest there was barely any chicken on the parmo it was mushy and all sauce not very nice at all but everything else you do in your shop is lovely and can’t fault it so I don’t know maybe try different chicken for the Parmos as this one was not great but overall the pizza shop is fantastic
